Location: Rosehill, NSW
Payrate: $33.99 per hour (inclusive of casual loading)
Shift: Day shift

Duties include:
• Operating the weighbridge system to accurately record vehicle weights
• Managing inbound and outbound truck movements
• Processing dockets, consignment notes, and site documentation
• Data entry and maintaining accurate records
• Communicating with drivers, transport providers, and site personnel
• Ensuring compliance with site procedures and safety regulations
• Assisting with general administration duties as required

What we’re looking for:
• Previous experience in a weighbridge or similar role
• Experience using Mandalay software (highly regarded)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work within a team environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
